By connecting to BluePine Guest Wi-Fi ("the Service"), provided by BluePine ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular bandwidth or speed will be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
5. Monitoring and Security
We may monitor network traffic for security, performance, and legal compliance. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and data while connected to a public network.

Information you provide at sign-in is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
